Delivery
All orders over £25 will be sent out using UK Royal Mail Signed For Delivery, and will require a signature.
Once payment is complete, I will post your order within 1-2 days. I will contact you, letting you know that your item has been dispatched. If you need a faster delivery method, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Postage for all orders outside the UK will be different. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges. Please contact me for postage costs if desired, before making a purchase.
Exchange and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, provided the jewellery is returned unworn and in the original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for returns, using a tracked and insured delivery service. Please let me know your intentions before posting.
Jewellery that have been specially commissioned or personalised cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
